Orders placed via our webstore will be priced as follows:

  • Orders upto £250 - Delivery Charge £6.95 Exc Vat
  • Orders over £250.00- FREE DELIVERY

We offer premium next day Delivery options - Please get in touch for further details at [email protected]

We also offer discounted and free postage where possible on custom orders placed via email or over the phone.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch workwear orders placed by 2:00pm the same day, for next day delivery within the UK mainland. However, we ask that you allow 2 to 5 Working Days for delivery due to the ongoing pandemic, which has affected some couriers.

If we accept your payment, process your order, and then discover that within this time-frame, your item has gone out of stock, or we cant fulfill your full requirement, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order , and refund you accordingly should you chose to do so.

We will ship your order in part or in full at your request when this happens.

Gotoworkwear takes no responsibility for delays beyond our control, and accepts no responsibility for costs incurred by customers due to late delivery.

Variations in rates

Delivery within the UK mainland can vary in some locations such as; Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands. We will always notify of any additional carriage costs and you will be contacted by a member of our customer services team.

For clarification, the Scottish Highlands are defined as postcodes; AB30-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30-41 and PH49-50.

Whereas the Scottish Islands are defined as postcodes; HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3. If you're considering placing an order that requires a delivery outside the united kingdom and need any more information please get in touch.

Shipping methods can vary depending on your part of the world, however, we only use reputable companies such as; DPD, DHL, Interlink, etc. In all instances parcels are sent securely and are tracked where possible so we know the location of every item from leaving our depot to arriving at your door, you can ask for a tracking number at any time after an item has been sent. On very rare occasions parcels may take a little longer to arrive due to harsh weather and other unforeseen circumstances, we ask for patience in these times & assure you we will endeavor to get your items to you as soon as possible.


Information Priority

The delivery information stated on our front page is to be used as a general guideline. We may process customer orders in a number of packages at no extra cost to the customer in order to provide a good level of service and to ensure that items are delivered on time and as economically as possible.

Royal Mail Postage

For small orders that are generally light and small in weight, Gotoworkwear Ltd could send these orders via a Royal Mail tracked service. We reserve the right to upgrade your postal options at no extra cost to you the customer, for economic reasons.



24hr Courier Service (BY REQUEST)

All products eligible for 24 hour delivery which are ordered & paid for before 2:00 pm Monday - Friday will be delivered next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays)

This excludes garments that require embroidering or printing before dispatch or are superseded by postal instructions on product listing pages.

Items purchased for next day delivery will be usually delivered by a courier delivery service which is tracked and a signature will be required. It is the customer's responsibility that, on the day of the delivery, someone can take receipt of bought items. After the second delivery attempt, items will be returned and additional postage costs may be incurred or deducted in the case of a refunded item,  or should we need to cancel the order.
